There are multiple contract tracing solutions that are built with smartphone’s BLE. The design choices of these solutions differ, and thus have different privacy, security, and performance issues to address. In this paper we propose a contact tracing design, Arogya Aran, that combines the best practices of prevailing solutions with some additional features to create a better overall design.
