    Abstract :

The objective of this paper is to review the investigation made by different researchers for heat transfer enhancement in turbulent regimes using different nanofluids. Nanofluids can provide excellent thermal performance under a turbulent flow regime than a laminar flow regime. Research studies on heat transfer enhancement have gained serious momentum during recent years and have been proposed many techniques by different research groups [1]. The heat transferability of this conventional fluid improved by increasing the convective heat transfer coefficient. The efforts are made to understand how to enhance the heat transfer rate using nanofluids under the turbulent regime. Some researchers observed superior gain in heat transfer enhancement using nanofluids under the turbulent regime. In this review, further developments of nanotechnology are discussed to make the use of nanofluids for heat transfer over a conventional fluid.
