    Abstract :

    A wireless sensor network (WSN) consistsof spatially distributed autonomous sensors to monitorphysical or environmental conditions, such as temperature,sound, pressure, etc and to cooperatively pass their datathrough the network to a main location. Clustering ofthe sensor nodes are very important in order to achievescalability, to prolong lifetime of sensor nodes etc. Thereare many algorithm that have been proposed earlier forclustering in WSN. In this paper an algorithm is describeddifferent from earlier algorithms which will also considerthe cluster radius as well as residual energy of the sensornodes in order to form clusters.
