Abstract :

The main focus of this journal is to discuss the opportunities of optimizing eLearning development by eliminating wastes using “muda” approach, thus by reducing the development cycle time by 20% and cost by 15%. In lean approach, every step of development cycle to be revisited and wastes (“muda”) in those steps will be identified. An alternate approach to achieve the same result will be suggested.
