This research paper discusses and compares the two very effective techniques for plant leaf disease detection. We in this paper have made a head to head analysis of two techniques named as parallel combination method and Image contrast enhancement for the purpose of plant leaf disease detection. Both the techniques work well in their frameworks but show me some deficiencies during the dynamic changes made in context of the physical changes happening naturally. Still by a far judgment we can say that image contrast enhancement is a notch higher than its competitors. After the comparison an enhancement method is also proposed.
